CAB Electrical Services, 7 Gotham Road, Spital, Wirral, CH63 9AS, is responsible for the personal information you give us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address if given, your area or postcode, and the details you write about the job.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, quote for and carry out the work, and keep the records we need for certification, warranty and accounting. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Working with partners

We don't take solar or battery enquiries at the moment, so we don't collect or share any details for them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Job records and certificates are kept for as long as required by our registration body, insurers and HMRC.

Services we use

Enquiries may be delivered by email through a form-handling service or through WhatsApp if you choose to message us there.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@napitelectricianwirral.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
